  From the Court to the Lab: Finding the Missing Piece

To be honest, my journey didn’t start in a sports lab. It started exactly where you are: on the court, sweating through endless drills, believing that simply "working harder" was the only answer.

For years, as a coach, I lived by that traditional mindset. We worshipped the grind. But over time, I kept seeing the same heartbreaking things: players burning out, freezing up during crucial high-pressure moments, or moving slowly on the court despite spending hours lifting heavy weights. We were pushing the body, but completely ignoring the driver—the brain and the nervous system.

I realized I needed real answers, not just motivational quotes. So, I took my questions to the academic world. I completed my Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Science, digging deep into mental training, nervous system adaptation, and biomechanics. I wasn't just chasing a degree; I was trying to crack the code of human performance.

That’s how Coach Oz Lab was born.

I built this platform because I want to save you from years of wasted energy. My goal isn't just to make you tired in practice. By optimizing your nervous system and building what I call "The Engine", I want to help you move with perfect economy, absorb pressure naturally, and finally unlock the player you are meant to be.
