I work in the field of basketball performance, with a primary focus on physical development and how mental factors support performance on the court.

 

My work is shaped by a long-term interest in how athletes develop physically, how performance is built over time, and how mental skills influence movement quality, decision-making, and consistency — especially in developing and adolescent athletes.

 

I don’t separate physical and mental training. I approach performance as a connected system, where strength, speed, coordination, and conditioning are supported by focus, resilience, and behavior under pressure.

 

This perspective guides how I design:

 

  • basketball-specific physical performance programs

  • performance evaluation and tracking tools

  • training structures that translate physical preparation into real game situations

 

 

The content shared here is created for coaches and athletes who want to improve physical performance in a structured, realistic, and sustainable way, using mental tools as support — not as a replacement.
